Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the yarn is in its original packaging with labels intact, then securely pack your items in a sturdy shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
